Refund policy

Modifications to your order - We allow modifications to your order within 3 business days of purchase. For expedited orders, changes must be requested within 1 business day due to the shortened production timeline. After these periods, your order will move into production and changes may no longer be possible.

Order cancellation - Please note you have 3 business days to cancel your order. For expedited orders, you have 1 business day to cancel. If you choose to do so there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover our processing fees.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns - Custom products - Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer returns. Each turret is built to match the specific ballistic data and variables provided by the customer. If you experience any issues with your turret’s performance, please contact us so our team can help identify the cause. In cases where the ballistics match the customer’s supplied information, we are unable to offer a refund. However, if an error is found on our end, we will work with you promptly to resolve it.

Returns - Non custom products - Products may be returned 15 days after delivery. If the product is damaged from customer, no refund will be issued. Please note: riflescopes may not be returned after being mounted. All returned products will have a 5% restocking fee to cover our shipping and processing fees.

Replacement - Customer error - If there is an issue with your order that is related to customer error (i.e. wrong model selected), we will redo the order at 40% OFF retail price. Please note this will not apply to elevation or temperature change. 

Indexing issues - Please Note: Most orders require indexing your custom turret so it aligns with your scope’s elevation “0” mark. While we test all turrets on our demo scopes before shipping, perfect alignment cannot be guaranteed—especially with scopes under $1,000. This does not affect the ballistic accuracy of your turret. If you are not satisfied with your indexing, please provide a clear photo so our technicians can review it.
